We endeavour to keep our appointment schedule running as close as possible to time. So if you require medical attention without a prior booking, you may be required to wait longer than usual.
We understand the stress involved in attending any medical practice and we endeavour to minimize the stress by offering the following services :

Consultation
We aim to provide comprehensive health care and try to spend time with each individual. This is balanced delicately against prolonged waiting times. To achieve a quality consultation, we suggest you discuss 1 major problem or up to 2 minor problems per booked visit .
Appointments can be arranged for the doctor of your choice, however, to avoid prolonged waiting, you may ask to see the first doctor available.
If you are suspected to have a highly contagious illness or recently returned from overseas with a high fever, please inform reception.
New patient registration:
Prior to your appointment,please complete your registration online via the SMS sent to you.
Bring a photo ID, proof of identity and Medicare Card and arrive 5 minutes earlier to complete your check in.
